The options include "Cash Pick up", which allows the recipient to collect the money in person from a Western Union agent, "Direct to Bank Account", which transfers funds directly into the recipients bank account, and "Mobile Money Transfer which sends the money to the recipients mobile wallet. Select the preferred delivery method based on the recipients location and preferences.
8. Fill in any additional details required for the chosen delivery method, such as the recipients bank account number or the pickup location, the amount of money you wish to send, and the currency for the transaction
9. Once you have completed the delivery method section, click on "Next" to proceed.

Why don't I have Western Union on my NassWallet Account?
Western Union service might not be available for you for one of those 2 reasons:
1. Your NassWallet app is outdated and needs to be updated.
2.You still have a primary wallet. Western Union is only available for permanent wallets. To change your wallet to a permanent one,you need to visit the nearest NassWallet branch or agent with two of the required documents:
For Iraqis:
- Civil ID or National ID or Passport. (one of those documents)
- Information Card or Supply Card.
For non-Iraqi nationals:
- A copy of a valid passport.
- Residency Card (if he/she is in Kurdistan Region) a support document from (Mukhtar) mention his/her address. (one of those documents).
Refugees:
- Valid passport or UNCHR certificate (one of those documents).
- Residency Card or any supporting document.
